Our boards are very lightweight \u2013 weighing just a little bit more than a bucket of water. Still, they will soon feel heavy when being carried in the handle and even more so when winds are pushing against the board. Our combined carry strap and grab handle will save your arms and hands for the paddling.<\/p>\n
The strap is simply hooked into the loops that are attached to the plugs in the boards. Just adjust to the right length and then carry the board like a shoulder bag. If you carry the strap so that it rests on your opposite shoulder, you do not even need to hold the board in its handle. The hands are freed up and your arms can be well rested before you start stroking.<\/p>\n
Before you go out on the water, just tighten the strap and it transforms into a grab handle. The grab handle is a welcoming aid if you would fall off your board. Position yourself on the side of your board opposite of the grab handle and reach out for the handle. Do a few kicks with your legs and pull yourself up on the board using the grab handle and soon you will be back up on the board.<\/p>\n
Do you take passengers on your board? Hook two carry straps\/ grab handles \u2013 one on each side of the board \u2013 and you will get two sturdy passenger handles, enabling passengers to have something to hold on to when the chop gets heavy.<\/p>\n
Two carry straps\/ grab handles can also serve to strap the gear that you want to bring on your long-distance tour or fishing tour.<\/p>\n
