Based on the board shape that the took three medals at the Swedish national SUP championships in 2018, the Yster SUP 14\u2019x24\u201d Naked Carbon has been further refined and fine-tuned to provide even better glide and directional stability. Through weight optimized lamination the overall board weight has been reduced by more than 10%. The matt finish of our Naked Carbon series makes it harder for water to cling to the surface. This reduces the friction between the water and board surface, which provides better glide. In addition, the tail and double concave bottom deck have been further enhanced to optimize water release and minimize drag.<\/p>\n
The cockpit is sunken to lower the center of gravity of the paddler. Still, you do not get the restricted feeling of standing in a tub.<\/p>\n
The board is handmade in 100% 3K Carbon with naked carbon weave on top, bottom and rails. The diamond pattern EVA pad with brushed center line and pad extension provide excellent grip for both bare feet as well as boots.<\/p>\n
The Yster 14\u2019x24\u201d Naked Carbon comes with an integrated Gore\u00aeTex Vent which allow the board to breath to\u00a0adapt to\u00a0temperature fluctuations. The board is delivered with an Yster SUP 10\u2033 Straight-line Tracking Flat Water fin as standard.<\/p>\n
