Beginner SUP lesson<\/h2>\n

Learn the basics of SUP paddling in 2 hours<\/span><\/h4>\n

This is an exciting activity conducted in a small group. No previous experience required. We start with a few easy exercises and gradually raise the bar with more challenging exercises. You will be surprised how quickly you will feel confident on the board. As your level of confidence rises you will have the opportunity to try more challenging SUP boards.<\/p>\n

This lesson is held by a certified instructor in Swedish or English.<\/p>\n

It is a good idea to bring an extra set of clothes as you might get wet when we push ourselves to the limits. Changing is possible on the dock.<\/p>\n
