Our Yster SUP 8″ Fast-Track Fin has a smaller surface area than our Straight-line tracking fins which means less drag. Less drag means better glide and overall board speed. This fin is suitable for those who are in control of balance and want to prioritize speed over stability. The long horizontal distance and sweep of the fin also contribute to directional stability. However, if directional stability is your priority then we recommend our Straight-line tracking fins. The sweep, i.e, the slope of the fin, prevents the fin from picking up seaweed and reeds.
